Gudrun Buchzik

Gudrun Buchzik is a long-term governor, certified yoga-teacher (600 hrs level) and entitled to train Yoga-Teachers worldwide (1.500 hrs level). Since 2012, she guided all 7 Maharishi Yoga Asana Teacher Training Courses offered so far, 6 at MERU and 1 in Thailand. Gudrun has been working full-time as Deputy Director for Maharishi Ayurveda Products Europe since 2000.

Reinard Rau

Reinhard Rau has been a member of the Maharishi Thousand Headed Purusha for more than 30 years. He has participated in the meetings and exercise sessions, when Maharishi developed the 16-lessons course on Maharishi Yoga. From 2010 to 2014 Reinhard was teaching this course at MERU and training governors to give the course on Maharishi Yoga to the public.

Reinhard Rau and Gudrun Buchzik are heading the Department of Maharishi Yoga (Yoga Asanas & Pranayama) of the Maharishi College of Perfect Health International.
